Some lightnings, as in my concept, but with a target. They each have a "target", a position they must try to reach, and a disturbance, wich will deviate it a little for each jump / arc. As they reach their target, the target changes position, as to keep the animation going.
You can change the Lightning parameters.
I have seen demos of pure CSS Tic-tac-toe games, but I was unable to find a version that truly works. If I have missed it, please send me link, so I can see how another dev has created it.
