Breathing SVG star (cross-browser)

Random number of points, range of motion and animation duration generated on each refresh. Animation always linear because lazy. Should work in [any browser supporting rAF unprefixed](http://caniuse.com/#feat=requestanimationframe) because lazy. Tested & works in Firefox 33, Chrome 39 & 41 canary, Opera 26, IE11.
