This is a cross browser and accessible version of [a pen by ZCKVNS](http://codepen.io/ZCKVNS/details/JbKcn/). This pen shows a loader in the form of the word "coffee" which changes from a filled, to an empty state. This is achieved with an animation that makes it look like there is a fluid inside the word coffee that is slowly drained out. The loader will present itself as "Loading, please wait. Indeterminate, progress indicator", but we can change the text to better describe the content we
