How to trim quotes, or any other value, from the beginning and end of a value in MySQL

UPDATE `example_table` 
   SET `title` = TRIM(BOTH '"' FROM `title`)

Trims the 'trim' value from the beginning and end of the cell contents.

This literally saved my life today.
